Bushnell Core Photo Trap No-Glow 24MP
The Bushnell Core No-Glow digital photo trap allows you to capture high-resolution photos and videos. This no-glow game camera is equipped with 36 infrared LEDs, making it invisible to humans and animals. Inside the Bushnell Core is a lot of advanced technology, PIR sensor, 24 megapixel full color resolution, HD video recording, sound recording, a very fast shutter speed and various additional features, such as continuous shooting and time-lapse function, GPS geotag function, etc.
To facilitate the tracking of game movements, the GPS coordinates of the camera can be embedded in the image. In addition, the image stamp has been improved so that date, time, moon phase, temperature and a user-generated name can also be added to it.
PIR sensor
The Core is equipped with a highly sensitive passive infrared (PIR) motion sensor. This detects any movement in the monitored area at lightning speed. When motion is detected, the digital camera unit immediately triggers and automatically captures photos or video according to previously programmed settings.
No-Glow Infrared LEDs
The Core Trail Cam is equipped with 36 No-Glow infrared LEDs, these last for a maximum distance of 24 meters, work at lightning speed, so even in the dark, clear photos or videos (in black and white) are recorded. The No-Glow LEDs are almost invisible to the human eye, so the camera is not detected during operation. The No-Glow version is ideal for wildlife and security applications, recording color photos and videos in sufficient lighting conditions.
Field Scan 2x with Live Trigger Function
Field Scan is a revolutionary new feature for Bushnell Core Trail Cams that allows you to monitor food spots or remote areas with time-lapse image sequences or video clips. When the feature is enabled, the Photo Trap Core automatically takes photos or videos at a pre-set interval during the set time blocks without the need for triggering via the PIR sensor. This has the advantage of monitoring the edge of a field that is 50 to 150 meters away from the camera and thus out of range of the PIR sensor. In addition, the camera is also triggered via the PIR sensor.
Power consumption
Thanks to a new power management system, the Bushnell Core consumes very little power (less than 0.08 mA) in standby (monitoring) mode. As a result, the photo trap is operational in standby mode for up to 6 months with full AA alkaline batteries and up to 12 months with lithium AA batteries.
Housing
The Core photo trap is designed for outdoor use and is resistant to heat, cold, water and snow. All the technology is housed in a rugged case that can withstand sharp teeth or claws. The control unit is protected by a cover with a quick-release fastener and can be secured with a U-lock. The reinforced cable lock tabs on the back of the housing, serve to secure the photo trap.
