The centrepiece of Nitras Safety is its extensive glove programme. Whether nylon assembly gloves with nitrile coating, leather gloves for heavy-duty work or chemical-resistant gloves for handling aggressive substances – Nitras offers the right model for every task. The gloves stand out for their high wearing comfort, precise fit and durable materials. Series such as the Taeki line with HPPE fibres set benchmarks in cut protection and achieve cut protection levels up to Class E according to EN ISO 13997.
The Taeki cut-resistant gloves from Nitras Safety are among the most capable hand protection solutions on the market. Made from high-strength HPPE fibres (High Performance Polyethylene), they deliver excellent cut protection to EN 388 whilst maintaining high dexterity. Depending on the model, the gloves are offered with PU, latex or nitrile coatings and are suited for use in metalworking, automotive manufacturing, the glass industry and wherever sharp-edged workpieces are handled. Thanks to the seamless knitted liner and ergonomic fit, they can be worn fatigue-free for hours.
Beyond gloves, Nitras Safety offers a broad range of protective clothing. This includes high-visibility jackets and trousers to EN ISO 20471, disposable coveralls for handling chemicals and dusts as well as weatherproof work jackets for outdoor use. The materials are engineered for durability and wearing comfort – with reinforced seams, reflective strips and breathable membranes. Whether on a construction site, in logistics or in road construction: Nitras Safety provides the right garment for every workplace.
The Nitras Safety range also includes safety glasses to EN 166 with scratch-resistant and anti-fog lenses as well as respiratory masks in protection classes FFP1, FFP2 and FFP3. The safety glasses are available in various designs – as spectacle-style glasses for light tasks, as full-face goggles for splash protection or as over-glasses for spectacle wearers. The respiratory masks feature a pre-formed design with an exhalation valve for improved wearing comfort during extended use.
All Nitras Safety products meet the relevant European occupational safety standards and bear the CE mark. Gloves are tested to EN 388 (mechanical risks), EN 374 (chemical protection) and EN 407 (thermal risks). Protective clothing complies with EN ISO 20471 (high-visibility) and EN 13034 (chemical protection). This consistent standards compliance ensures that every product reliably delivers the protection levels demanded in industrial everyday use.
