Observation & surveillance technology for hunting, nature and security

Whether stalking at dusk, observing wildlife at dawn or monitoring terrain at night – modern observation technology opens up dimensions that remain hidden to the naked eye. At Swiss-Sale.ch you will find a comprehensive range of thermal imaging cameras, night vision devices, trail cameras, binoculars, spotting scopes and tripods for every application.

Our range features leading brands such as Pulsar, Pixfra, Bushnell, Bresser, Delta Optical, Alpen Optics, Boly Media, icuServer and Dark30. From entry-level to high-end optics – all products are built for reliability, precision and use under demanding conditions.

Our categories at a glance

Thermal imaging cameras

Thermal imaging cameras make temperature differences visible, allowing detection of living beings, vehicles and heat sources regardless of light conditions. Our range includes 19 models from three manufacturers: Pulsar with 13 devices from the Axion and Helion series, Pixfra with 5 models from the Ranger and Mile series, and Dark30 with a powerful handheld thermal imager. From compact handhelds for stalking to high-resolution models for long-range observation – find the right thermal camera here.

Night vision devices

Digital night vision devices amplify available residual light, enabling clear sight at dusk and in darkness. Bushnell and Pulsar deliver 5 models ranging from compact night vision goggles to powerful observation devices with recording capability. Ideal for hunters, nature observers and security applications.

Trail cameras

Trail cameras capture animal movements autonomously around the clock – with photo, video and infrared flash. 7 models from Boly Media, icuServer and Bushnell cover all requirements: from classic trail cameras with SD card to networked cameras with cellular transmission. Perfect for territory monitoring, wildlife research and property protection.

Binoculars

With 20 models we offer the largest selection in this category. Delta Optical and Bresser each deliver 6 models for nature observation and hunting, Bushnell contributes 5 proven field glasses and Alpen Optics rounds off the range with a premium binocular. Compact glasses for pocket carry, all-round binoculars for hiking and powerful hunting optics – the right optics for every application.

Spotting scopes, tripods & accessories

Spotting scopes enable extreme magnifications for birdwatching, shooting and landscape observation. Tripods provide the necessary stability for shake-free observation over longer periods. The range is complemented by accessories such as cleaning kits, carrying straps and protective covers.

Who is our range for?

Our observation and surveillance range is designed for hunters, nature observers, ornithologists, sport shooters, security professionals and outdoor enthusiasts. Whether professional or beginner – we carry optics and technology for every requirement and budget.

Tip: For hunting we recommend combining a thermal imaging camera with binoculars – so you can reliably detect game in any light condition and then identify it in detail. Trail cameras also help with territory planning, showing where and when wildlife moves.

FAQ – Observation & Surveillance

What is the difference between a thermal imaging camera and a night vision device?

A thermal imaging camera detects heat radiation and displays temperature differences as an image – it works in complete darkness, fog and smoke. A night vision device amplifies available residual light (moon, stars) and produces a greenish or black-and-white image. For hunting, combining both technologies provides the best overview.

Which binoculars are best for hunting?

For hunting we recommend binoculars with a large objective diameter (42–56 mm) for maximum light gathering at dusk. Models with 8×42 or 10×50 from Delta Optical, Bresser or Bushnell offer an ideal balance of magnification, field of view and twilight performance.

Do I need a permit for a thermal imaging camera in Switzerland?

Handheld thermal imaging cameras for observation are freely available in Switzerland and do not require a permit. For clip-on devices and riflescopes with thermal imaging, cantonal hunting laws apply – check with your cantonal hunting authority for current regulations before purchasing.

Which trail camera supports remote access via cellular network?

For remote access you need a trail camera with an integrated cellular module (4G/LTE). Models from icuServer and Boly Media send images and videos directly to your smartphone or via email. This allows you to monitor your territory in real time without being on site.
