Shipping information

We ship exclusively with the Swiss Post from our Swiss warehouse. The delivery times can be found in the respective article or in the order process when selecting the shipping method. Stock items which are ordered before 17:00 o'clock, we usually dispatch on the same day and inform our customers about the delivery. As soon as we deliver the shipment to the person responsible for transport (Swiss Post), the responsibility passes to the buyer.

Shipping within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein

For online orders with an order value of CHF 100.00 or more, we assume the shipping costs within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. The following shipping methods are available during the ordering process.

• PostPac Economy: CHF 8.90 (order value less than CHF 100.00, telephone or written orders)
• PostPac Priority: CHF 12.90 (Priorisierte Behandlung)
• Swiss-Express "Moon": from CHF 20.00 (depending on weight of item)
• Bulky goods Economy: CHF 32.90
• Bulky goods Priority: CHF 34.90
• Dangerous goods: plus CHF 2.00

Pick-up in Menzingen ZG

If you choose the pick-up shipping method for your order, we will inform you by e-mail as soon as your ordered items are ready for pick-up. Pick-up is possible from Monday to Friday between 14:00 and 17:00 or by appointment. With us on site you pay in cash, with EC or VPay card but also with a VISA or MasterCard credit card.

Shipping information for international deliveries

Please note that we currently do not offer shipping outside of Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. Unfortunately, orders with delivery addresses outside of these countries cannot be processed. Thank you for your understanding.
