The lightweight Telemark 2.2 PU from Nordisk is a durable 2-person tent with 2 entrances and a low weight and small pack size. This is thanks to its technical construction and the choice of state-of-the-art fabrics and components.
The Telemark series from Nordisk is known for its ideal combination of space, weight, easy handling and robust construction. Since the introduction of the two-door PU version, the Telemark series is now not only suitable for ultra-light adventures and long-distance runs, but they are now also the first choice for hikers looking for a stable and robust shelter that neither fills the backpack nor is too heavy.
The Nordisk Telemark 2.2 PU is constructed the same as the original and legendary ultralight and award-winning Telemark 2 ULW tent. There are two main differences from the original to this 2.2 PU version. First of all, the lightweight, delicate fabric has been replaced with a rip-stop polyester that proves durable and reliable in the most adverse conditions. Secondly, an extra entrance has been added to make it easier to get in and out of the tent - especially at night when you need to get out and don't want to wake the other person.
Apart from that, all the great features of the classic Nordisk Telemark have been retained: The tent is excellently ventilated, has easily adjustable guy ropes, a magnetic quick release, inner pockets for storage and four sewn-in poles in the corners. It is also possible to convert the two outer doors into a protected cooking area using the two extra mini poles and the extra guy line supplied.
