The BCB Mini String Gear Hammock is a light mesh hammock made of tear-resistant nylon yarn with 2.5 cm mesh size. With 270 cm unfolded length, packed size of just 17 × 13 cm and a dead weight of 320 g it is one of the most compact hammocks in its class. Despite the small format it carries up to 120 kg – enough to stow gear, function as a drying net for camp kitchen or to take a short, light break.
Two metres of suspension rope with 120 kg breaking strain are included so you can get started straight away. Care & notes for the BCB Mini String Gear Hammock
After damp use, hang up and let dry before rolling away. For heavier soiling hand wash with warm water and mild soap, rinse well and dry in the shade – no machine wash, no tumble dryer. Inspect the rope regularly for cuts and abrasion; replace damaged ropes before next use. Do not exceed the 120 kg maximum load – under extreme dynamic loading (swinging) effective load can be significantly higher.
