30-day return policy – fair, transparent and straightforward
Something doesn’t fit or an item doesn’t meet your expectations? No problem – we accept returns within 30 days of the shipping date. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Depending on the condition of the item, the following terms apply:
Unrestricted right of return
Original packaging completely unopened and intact? We will take the item back without further inspection.
Refund: Purchase price less shipping cost allowance (min. CHF 10.00)
Conditional right of return
Packaging opened but item unused and in perfect condition? We will take it back subject to a handling fee.
Refund: Purchase price less 10% handling fee (min. CHF 15.00)
Return subject to individual assessment
In certain cases we will assess individually whether a return is possible. Acceptance is not guaranteed.
Refund: Based on condition and effort required – depreciation may apply
No right of return
Returns are generally excluded for hygiene products, food items, opened consumables, opened products with food contact, software with broken seals, custom-made items, specially sourced items and gift vouchers.

How to return an item
- Register the return via our contact form or by e-mail to (including order number and reason for return).
- Wait for confirmation from Swiss-Sale.ch AG.
- Pack the item securely – ideally in its original packaging.
- Send the parcel prepaid to the address provided.
- Refund within 10 working days after receipt and inspection.
Refunds are generally issued via the same payment method used for the order. In individual cases the refund may be issued as a store voucher.

This return policy is a voluntary courtesy of Swiss-Sale.ch AG. There is no statutory right of return or withdrawal for online purchases in Switzerland. The version valid at the time of the order applies. For warranty and guarantee claims, please refer to our General Terms and Conditions.
