The Fosco Industries camping range covers everything for spending time outdoors. The tents are custom-made and designed for various weather conditions – from compact one-person tents to 4-person tents in woodland camouflage. The programme is complemented by tarpaulins, utility ropes in various thicknesses, bungee cords, folding stools, collapsible seats and practical accessories such as tent pegs, clotheslines and microfibre towels. All products are built for durability and functionality – proven on the campsite as well as in the bushcraft camp.
The roots of Fosco Industries reach back to the post-war era, when the Van Os brothers from Benschop in the Netherlands collected and sold surplus military material – uniforms, motorcycles, compasses and radio sets were stored in barns and fields. When the original stocks ran low, they began purchasing new equipment directly from manufacturers. In the early 1980s, this gave rise to the brands Fosco Industries (outdoor equipment) and Fostex Garments (military clothing). Today, Fosco Industries is part of Van Os Imports B.V. and is known across Europe for affordable, rugged outdoor equipment.
In the survival segment, Fosco Industries offers a wide range of tools and navigation aids. These include liquid compasses with Trooper and Ultimate models, map compasses, multi-function outdoor tools (10-in-1), magnesium fire starters, waterproof notebooks, GI whistles, document pouches and carabiners with screw locks. The programme is complemented by plastic ammunition box sets and practical outdoor notebooks. The products are aimed at hikers, scouts and survival enthusiasts alike.
For comfort on the move, Fosco Industries offers sleeping bags, sleeping mats and mosquito nets. The fleece sleeping bags from the Bushcraft series are suitable as liner bags or for mild nights. Lightweight field cots and M-90 sleeping mats with 18 mm thickness round off the sleeping range. In the cooking and drinking segment, the range includes enamel coffee percolators, mestins, stainless steel cups and plates, thermos flasks, canteens with and without covers, and foldable bowls – rugged cookware for every outdoor deployment.
A distinctive feature of the Fosco range is the Army Paint collection. The spray cans and one-litre tins are available in authentic military and WWII colour shades and are suitable for camouflaging vehicles, equipment, weapons and airsoft replicas.
