Unlike interrupted diamond patterns, the Dia-Sharp surface offers a seamless, flat diamond layer on rigid steel. Monocrystalline diamonds are sharper and more durable than polycrystalline ones – they cut faster, produce a finer edge, and retain their abrasiveness over the entire lifespan. The perfectly flat surface guarantees consistent results with every sharpening stroke.
Three grits for every sharpening task
The coarse grit (45 µm / 325 mesh, blue) restores dull edges and shapes new bevel geometries. The fine grit (25 µm / 600 mesh, red) refines the edge and removes grinding marks. The extra-fine grit (9 µm / 1,200 mesh, green) polishes the edge to razor sharpness. Together, the three cards form a complete sharpening system – from re-profiling to a mirror finish.
