The Kelly Kettle is an ingenious water boiler that runs on natural materials: twigs, pine cones, bark or dry grass are enough. The double-wall chimney heats the water in 3–5 minutes. Three sizes are available: Base Camp (1.6 L) for families, Scout (1.2 L) for couples and Trekker (0.6 L) for solo adventurers. The Ultimate Kits include pan, pot, grill grate and further accessories.
Optimus offers a range of compact gas stoves: the Crux Lite is the smallest and lightest, the Vega a reliable classic, the Crux Weekend HE an efficient system with heat exchanger, and the Elektra FE a complete cooking system. All run on standard gas cartridges and ignite reliably – even at altitude.
The Optimus Nova and the Optimus Polaris Optifuel Tactical burn petrol, diesel, kerosene and partly also gas. Ideal for expeditions and travel where gas cartridges are unavailable. The Polaris Tactical is optimised for military requirements.
BCB FireDragon cookers are ultralight, folding and start from CHF 5.50. They use FireDragon solid fuel based on ethanol – non-toxic, odourless and self-extinguishing. Ideal as an emergency cooker in your rucksack, military kit or as a backup on every trip.

The Kelly Kettle works on the chimney principle: a small fire of twigs, pine cones or dry grass is lit in the fire base at the bottom. The heat rises through the hollow chimney in the centre and heats the water in the double-wall vessel in 3 to 5 minutes. You do not need to carry any fuel.
The Optimus Nova burns petrol, diesel, kerosene and aviation fuel. The Optimus Polaris Optifuel Tactical additionally accepts gas cartridges. Multi-fuel stoves are ideal for expeditions and travel to regions where gas cartridges are hard to find.
Yes. FireDragon solid fuel is ethanol-based and is non-toxic, odourless and biodegradable. It burns residue-free and is self-extinguishing. This is why it is also used by the British military and NATO forces.
The Base Camp (1.6 L) is suited for families and groups, the Scout (1.2 L) for couples and small groups, and the Trekker (0.6 L) for solo adventurers and rucksack tours. Ultimate Kits additionally include a pan, pot and grill grate for complete cooking.
Yes. Optimus gas stoves such as the Crux Lite and the Vega work reliably at high altitude. For extreme altitudes above 4,000 metres, we recommend the Optimus Nova multi-fuel stove, as liquid fuel performs more reliably than gas at low air pressure and cold temperatures.
