The 2nd layer of the HEAT Layer system. Heat Shell is the further development of the successful Heat 3 Smart model. The inner glove (liner) and mitten are no longer permanently sewn together, but can be freely selected. The Heat Shell is combined with a Heat Liner (to be ordered separately) and/or the Heat Polar Hood and so you get the glove that best suits your needs. High quality materials and years of proven functionality make the Shell the heart of the Heat 3 Layer system.

Functions of the Heat Shell outer glove

• Fold mitten tab back and easily secure with magnetic closure. Slip the liner to the outside and handle freely!
• Practical and silent fixation thanks to incorporated magnets on the back of the hand and thumb.
• Extra pocket on the back of the hand with waterproof zip: For hand warmer, keycard, keys, ...
• Loop as a pull-out aid
• Turn the thumb tab backwards and fix it with the magnetic closure. Slip thumb outward for optimal grip and finger feel.
• Catch strap with elastic loop so that no part gets lost. LINER and POLAR HOOD can be fixed by included carabiner.
• Extra long waistband over wrist against cold bridges. 1 x drawstring at the waistband against wetness and snow. 1 x drawstring at wrist for optimal fit.

Waterproof & Breathable At the back of the hand and waistband soft, elastic microfiber was processed with waterproof & breathable membrane function. In combination with the highly water resistant Primaloft Gold insulation, wetness won't stand a chance with the shell!

Genuine goatskin
High-quality goatskin has been processed on the complete palm and on the side walls.

The shell uses the best insulation currently available - Primaloft Gold. Primaloft Grip Control is also used on the palm and thumb for even more warmth.

Leather care
The shell comes with a small tin (7ml) Heat leather balm - for perfect care of all leather parts made of jojoba oil and beeswax. In order to maintain the water-repellent function and natural beauty of the leather, regular care of the leather with Heat Leather Balm is recommended.
