Multispectral system – thermal, 4K digital and LRF in one housing

The Pulsar Symbion LRF DXR50 combines three powerful observation systems in a robust magnesium housing: a 640×480 thermal sensor with an outstanding system NETD of <18 mK (better than many higher-resolution devices), a 4K CMOS day camera (3,840×2,160) with 6.5–26× digital zoom and a Class 1 laser rangefinder (905 nm, up to 1,500 m, ±1 m). In multispectral fusion mode, both image signals are overlaid in real time – for maximum situational awareness by day, at dusk and at night.

4K digital channel with fusion and PIP mode – day and night

The 4K CMOS digital sensor (3,840×2,160, 50 mm, F/1.8) delivers detail-rich colour images at 6.5–26× magnification and a field of view of 5.8° (10.2 m at 100 m). The integrated 850 nm IR illuminator extends operational use into the night. In fusion mode, the thermal and colour images are overlaid in real time; picture-in-picture mode (PIP) shows both channels simultaneously. All recordings – photo and video with audio – are stored on the 64 GB internal storage and can be managed via the Stream Vision 2 app on a smartphone.

IP67 magnesium housing, LRF 1,500 m and up to 10 h runtime

The magnesium alloy housing is fully dustproof and waterproof to IP67 (short-term submersion up to 1 m). The integrated 905 nm laser rangefinder measures up to 1,500 m at the press of a button with ±1 m accuracy. Two included APS5 battery packs guarantee up to 10 hours of operation – more than the top model DXT50. Dual-band Wi-Fi (2.4 + 5 GHz) and Bluetooth connect the device to the Stream Vision 2 app for livestream, remote control and firmware updates. The 1/4″ tripod thread enables stable long-term use on tripods.
