Two light sources, one tool – hands-free via magnet
The Work Flex carries two separate light sources: a bright spot LED on the front for concentrated distance light (110 lumens, 40 m reach) and a 1.5 W COB LED on the long side face for wide flood light. You switch modes with the side button. The built-in magnetic clip on the base holds the light on any ferromagnetic surface – bonnet, steel bench, heating pipe, toolbox – freeing both hands for the actual work. The clip also fastens to shirt pocket or belt.
What is a COB LED – and why ideal for workshop work?
COB stands for “Chip on Board”: many small LED chips are mounted densely side by side on a substrate, rather than a single point-source LED. The result is a homogeneous, wide-spread light area with no visible bright/dark structures. For workshop work this is ideal: you illuminate a large work surface evenly without harsh shadows on tools, screws or parts. The Work Flex’s 1.5 W COB LED delivers enough flood to light an entire bench, fuse box or car engine bay.
Shock-resistant build – ABS, PC and TPR rubber
