The DMT Simple-Sharp is a lightweight pull-through sharpener for the outdoor kitchen, the home kitchen or for users who want to keep their knives sharp at all times without worrying about sharpening angles or other sharpening theories. The Simple-Sharp from DMT sharpens both sides of the knife blade simultaneously at a grinding angle of 18° per side. The application is simple, insert the blade and pull it through to the tip. No greasy oils required, sharpen dry or with water. Solid construction for years of consistent performance and reliable service. The DMT Simple-Sharp pull-through sharpener provides a clean finish and is suitable for most kitchen and outdoor knives with blade lengths of 12 inches or longer.

The two DMT sharpening plates inside offer a diamond whetstone surface with a size of 7 x 2.4 cm. The fine diamond grit (25 micron / 600 mesh) provides optimal resharpening of an already sharp blade.
