titanLIGHT – the waterproof lighter

The titanLIGHT is the first rugged, waterproof, refillable lighter on the market that uses readily available liquid lighter fuel. Dual O-ring seals on the ignition mechanism and fuel cap reliably prevent fuel evaporation – a problem that plagues conventional fluid lighters. Beyond the titanLIGHT, Exotac’s range includes several ferrocerium fire starters. The nanoSTRIKER XL is a compact, collapsible striker with a waterproof ferro rod and a tungsten carbide wheel that produces the most prodigious spark for its size – up to 3,000 strikes. The polySTRIKER XL offers a lightweight, economical alternative in a recycled ABS housing with 10,000 strikes. And the fireROD combines a replaceable ferro rod with an integrated tinder capsule for quickLIGHT tabs – all housed in a CNC-machined 6061 aluminium body.

The fireSLEEVE is a rugged protective case that makes disposable lighters waterproof and impact-resistant. The CNC-machined aluminium housing shields the lighter from moisture, impacts and accidental ignition. An integrated carabiner ring allows secure attachment to a backpack, key ring or gear. It turns a simple plastic lighter into a dependable survival tool.
