The Fenix PD36R Pro is a rechargeable LED flashlight built for emergency services, hunting and demanding everyday use. A Luminus SFT70 emitter delivers 2'800 lumens and 36'600 cd on Turbo, which works out to 380 metres of beam distance; below it sit four further levels down to 30 lumens with 42 hours of runtime, plus a 2'500-lumen strobe. What 2'800 lumens and 380 metres mean in the field

And Turbo is not meant as a continuous setting: thermal protection steps it down after a while, which is not a fault but protects the body and the emitter – every light of this output in this size behaves that way. Anyone needing sustained maximum brightness is better served by a larger light with more cooling surface. One more point that often gets missed: the 380 metres apply under ANSI FL1 on a clear night.
