Gerber Strap Cutter - Emergency Belt Cutter
Designed for emergency situations, the featherweight Gerber Strap Cutter serves a variety of purposes. The hook knife allows you to quickly and safely cut through clothing, seat belts, cords or ropes, making the job of first responders massively easier without injuring the person being rescued. The end of the handle is equipped with a glass breaker, this allows the rescuer to get any obstacles made of glass out of the way in the shortest possible time.
The handle of the Gerber Strap Cutter is covered with a rubberized layer, so that the user has the necessary grip in any situation and can react immediately.
When not in use, the rescue knife rests in a plastic sheath and is easily accessible through a friction lock. The plastic sheath can be attached to a ballistic vest, backpack or MOLLE equipped structure.
