LifeSaver Legend 6000UF - Replacement Filter Cartridge - Foil Sealed
The LifeSaver Legend Replacement Filter 6000UF provides ultrafiltration microbiological water filtration to remove viruses, bacteria, cysts, and parasites from contaminated water sources. Wrapped in an aluminum bag, the Legend 6000UF replacement filter has an extended life of up to 10 years. The replacement filter is compatible with both LifeSaver Legend 6000UF and Legend 4000UF bottles and can filter up to 6000 liters of clean water.
The sealed packaging allows the replacement filter to be stored for longer periods of time because this aluminum barrier film has 80 times less water vapor diffusion rate than polyethylene film. The sealed aluminium packaging acts as a barrier to prevent water vapour from entering the packaging while retaining the glycerine in the wood fibre membranes. This packaging allows storage for up to 10 years from the date of production.
