Dual-lens system – two focal lengths, one device

The Pixfra Sirius S650D is a professional thermal monocular with a unique dual-lens system: two permanently integrated lenses – 25 mm and 50 mm – enable seamless switching between wide-area scanning and detailed observation at distance, without any lens change or manual adjustment. The high-resolution 640×512 VOx sensor with 12 μm pixel pitch and a thermal sensitivity of ≤18 mK renders even the smallest temperature differences visible – in total darkness, fog, rain or extreme cold.

PIPS 2.0 – AI-assisted image processing

Pixfra’s proprietary PIPS 2.0 image processing system combines the vanadium oxide (VOx) detector with continuous AI-assisted calibration for consistently high image quality. The 50 Hz frame rate delivers perfectly smooth rendering even with fast-moving targets. Six colour palettes – White Hot, Black Hot, Iron Red, Alarm, Amber and Emerald – allow optimal adaptation to any observation task. The OLED display (1’920×1’080) reproduces the thermal image with exceptional sharpness and contrast.

IP67, swappable battery & 64 GB storage

Rated IP67, the Sirius S650D is fully dust-tight and withstands temporary submersion to 1 m depth. The operating temperature range from −30 °C to +55 °C ensures reliability from arctic winters to tropical summers. The swappable 18650 Li-ion battery delivers at least 6 hours of runtime and can be exchanged for a spare in the field. USB-C charging (5 V⊙2 A). With 64 GB of internal storage and built-in Wi-Fi, recordings can be transferred wirelessly and the device controlled remotely via the Pixfra app.
