The olive Special Forces 2 from Snugpak is a 3-season sleeping bag suitable for low temperatures below freezing. When combined with a Snugpak Special Forces 1, it creates a 4-season sleeping bag with extreme temperatures down to -20°C.

The mummy shape of the Special Forces 2 provides optimal warmth properties and very good comfort. A well adjustable, close-fitting hood, a central 2-way zipper, combination with Special Forces 1, are just a few features of the Snugpak Special Forces 2. The Special Forces 2 is very warm, lightweight and is breathable. The outer material is wind and water resistant.

The synthetic softie filling (polyester) of the Special Forces 2 sleeping bag is made of superfine yarns bonded with special resins. The filling gives the Special Forces 2 a luxurious down-like feel. Randomly arranged fine filament fibers create extra voids to trap more warm air, while the Softie insulation has the same weight as standard insulation. Softie fill achieves natural-like insulation performance and retains most of its thermal properties even when wet.

The Special Forces System
The Special Forces 2 can be used on its own or in combination with a Special Forces 1 (optional), for this you need a zipper connector as well as the Special Forces 1. The Special Forces 2 can be connected to the Special Forces 1 via this connecting piece, allowing comfort deployment temperatures of up to -15°C.
