LifeSaver Legend Prefilter Sponge - 2 pieces
LifeSaver Legend Prefilter Sponge prevents damage to the LifeSaver filter cartridge. Prefilter Sponges prevent dirt and debris from entering the LifeSaver Legend bottle and are compatible with both the Legend 4000UF and 6000UF.
The sponge protects the cartridge membrane from objects such as gravel, sticks and mud, extending the life of the LifeSaver Filter Cartridge. In addition, the pre-filter can also be used as a flushing sponge or to remove water from hard-to-reach areas such as cracks in rocks or from shallow puddles.
It is recommended to change the pre-filter sponge every 6 months with average use.
