LifeSaver Legend activated carbon filter - 4 pieces sealed in aluminum barrier foil
LifeSaver replacement activated carbon filters are suitable for use in the Legend 4000UF as well as the 6000UF water filter and remove unwanted flavors and chlorine from filtered drinking water. Welded into an aluminum bag, Legend replacement carbon filters have an extended life of up to 10 years.
The activated carbon filter is screwed onto the underside of the drinking lid. The microbiologically clean water that passes through the LifeSaver Legend's ultrafiltration cartridge is then filtered through the activated carbon to eliminate chlorine, bad taste and unpleasant odors.
This pack of four activated carbon filters filters up to 1000 liters of water, and the use of this activated carbon filter is optional.
Thanks to the sealed packaging, the replacement filters can be stored for longer, as this aluminium barrier film has a water vapour diffusion rate 80 times lower than a polyethylene film. The sealed aluminium packaging acts as a barrier to prevent water vapour from entering the packaging. This packaging allows storage for up to 10 years from the date of production.
