Swedish stainless steel – durable, sustainable, and easy to maintain
The 2 mm thick blade is made of recycled Swedish stainless steel (12C27) with a recycled content of over 80%. After precise hardening at the Morakniv factory in Mora, it achieves a hardness of 56.5 HRC – robust, sharp, and corrosion-resistant.
This high-quality stainless steel impresses with its excellent sharpness, long service life, and easy maintenance. After use, simply clean the knife with warm water and mild soap and allow it to air dry.
Ergonomic handle & Swedish craftsmanship
The barrel-shaped handle made of yellow Scandinavian birch fits comfortably and securely in the hand. It offers a high level of comfort and control, even during longer carving tasks. Thanks to the rat-tail tang (full tang), the knife remains stable, even when making deeper cuts or applying firm pressure.
