Pulsar is one of the worldβs leading manufacturers of thermal imaging devices and night vision optics. What began in 1991 in a basement with wooden observation tubes has become an international technology company headquartered in Vilnius, Lithuania, with over 1,100 employees across seven countries and a comprehensive range for hunting, wildlife observation and security. Since introducing the Pulsar brand in 2009, the company has consistently pursued in-house development and manufacturing in Europe β from the microbolometer sensor through the AMOLED optics to the finished device. At Swiss-Sale.ch you will find a carefully curated Pulsar collection for the Swiss market.
Pulsarβs thermal monoculars cover the full spectrum: the Axion 2 series with 4.5-second fast startup is ideal for quick observation during the hunt. The Axion XG35 with its 640Γ480 sensor and the XQ models deliver compact performance for every situation. The Oryx LRF line combines thermal imaging with an integrated laser rangefinder for precise distance measurement. And with the Telos LRF XP50, Pulsar has launched the first hardware-upgradeable thermal monocular β featuring a 640Γ480 sensor, AMOLED display and detection range up to 2,300 metres.
Pulsar is one of the few manufacturers that control the entire production process in Europe. From sensor development through optical design to final assembly, everything takes place under one roof β at the headquarters in Vilnius and at additional facilities. The result: 640Γ480 microbolometer sensors running at 50 Hz, delivering smooth, detail-rich thermal images. This vertical integration enables short innovation cycles and a level of quality control that would not be possible with imported components.
With the Thermion and Thermion 2 series, Pulsar offers thermal riflescopes for hunting that mount directly onto standard rings. The devices combine high-resolution 640Γ480 sensors with AMOLED displays and offer multiple colour palettes, picture-in-picture mode and ballistic calculators. The 50 Hz frame rate ensures a blur-free image even during fast panning β a decisive advantage when hunting moving game.
For hunters who wish to keep their existing riflescope, Pulsar offers the Krypton 2 clip-on range and the Forward FN455S clip-on attachment. These devices mount in front of the existing riflescope and convert it into a thermal system β without re-zeroing. In the thermal binoculars segment, Pulsar sets new benchmarks with the Merger LRF and the revolutionary Merger Duo: the Merger Duo combines thermal and optical imaging in a single device using multispectral imaging technology β a world first in hunting optics.
