Yes, we ship from Switzerland, and your order usually reaches you within 1–2 working days of dispatch. For orders of CHF 100 or more we cover the shipping costs within Switzerland and Liechtenstein. We do not ship abroad.

We usually ship with Swiss Post, occasionally with another Swiss parcel carrier. If it has to be quick, we also offer Next Day Delivery with Swiss Post Express. As soon as your parcel is on its way, you receive a dispatch confirmation with the tracking number. With it you can follow the delivery and manage it with the carrier, for example choose a different delivery day or a pick-up point.

Yes, after a quick heads-up. Our showroom is at Neudorfstrasse 4 in Menzingen ZG. Because not every item is kept on site, get in touch by phone or via the contact form before you visit; we will then have the product ready for you to look at or collect.

TWINT, PostFinance Pay, Visa and Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and prepayment. If you collect at the showroom you can also pay in cash. We do not offer purchase on invoice.

Yes, within 30 days of the dispatch date. If the original packaging is unopened and undamaged, we refund the full amount minus the shipping costs; if the packaging has been opened and the item is unused, we deduct a handling fee of 10 %. You pay the return shipping. Excluded are, among others, hygiene products, food, opened consumables, custom-made items such as engravings, special-order items and items under CHF 20. Please announce your return via the contact form first; all details are under Returns.

Most items come with the statutory two-year warranty from the date of purchase. In a warranty case you simply contact us: we handle everything in Switzerland, you never have to send anything abroad. Many manufacturers also grant a longer manufacturer's guarantee, for example on binoculars or flashlights. How long it lasts is stated on the product page or in the package contents; the manufacturer's terms apply to it.

Yes. Fixed-blade outdoor, bushcraft and hunting knives as well as one-hand folding knives are freely sold in Switzerland and may be carried without any special reason. Prohibited under the Weapons Act are butterfly knives, gravity knives, spring knives with blades over 5 cm and throwing knives; we do not sell such items. The decisive provision is Art. 4 of the Weapons Act; fedpol provides information.

Yes, we laser-engrave right here in Menzingen: knives, flashlights, carving tools, Zippo lighters, leather cases and dog tags with names, initials, logos or QR codes. Send us the item and the design you have in mind and you will receive a non-binding quote.
