Bresser Pirsch ED 8x42 binocular with ED glass and phase coating

The Bresser Binocular Pirsch ED 8x42 are equipped with the latest ED phase coating, which ensures a high-contrast and high-resolution image. Thanks to a high-quality full multi-coating the contrast and clarity of the image is enhanced. Thanks to the built-in BaK-4 glass material, the image becomes even brighter and clearer. The twist-up eyecups, which can be adjusted in two stages, ensure optimum viewing comfort and also provide optimum adjustment for spectacle wearers. A rubber armouring on the entire binoculars ensures a good grip.
ED Glass
The Bresser Pirsch ED 8x42 is equipped with a high performance ED-glass which makes the colours even more brilliant and the picture even more true to colour. Colour fringes are prevented by the special high-performance ED glass.
Phase coating on the prisms
Thanks to the latest phase coating, the image appears richer in contrast and higher resolution than without this special coating. This makes it easier to take in feathers or coat structures, for example. This is a big advantage especially in bad light conditions.
Dielectric coating on the prisms
The dielectric coating on the prisms is particularly evident at dusk or in bad weather. This allows more light to be transmitted from the prism, resulting in a brighter and clearer image.
ARGON inert gas
The argon shielding gas prevents fogging of the lenses inside the Bresser Pirsch ED. The protective gas is not absorbed by water and has a wider temperature range than nitrogen. Argon-filled binoculars are therefore suitable for more extreme conditions and have a longer service life.
