The Biopod DownWool Subzero 185 is a new product of the Biopodseries. For the first time, we use DownWool as insulation material. The DownWool Subzero sleeping bag is designed for colder climes.

With DownWool we achieve best insulation values combined with perfect sleeping comfort. Due to the high insulation values of DownWool, we need less filling material. This is why the DownWool Subzero is extremely light and has a small pack volume.

Thanks to the extraordinary position of the two-way zipper on the DownWool Subzero, you can place your feet on the outside of the sleeping bag in warm nights, which is very hygienic. If you put, e. g., a fleece jacket into the pillow pocket, the DownWool Subzero provides a pillow which does not shift. Ideal conditions for restful sleep.

Range of application
The ideal companion for temperatures just below zero in the tent or under the open sky.

Care instructions
The Biopod DownWool Subzero can be washed in the washing machine on the wool cycle.

Filling
DownWool is an innovative high-end filling composed of 70 % down and 30 % wool. Down has a very high insulation capacity and a low weight. However, down only provides insulation as long as it is dry. With increasing humidity, the insulating effect of down is significantly reduced. The characteristic of wool is that it provides insulation and absorbs moisture. In this way, the down will stay dry longer and thus keeps its very high insulation capacity.
