Sandvik 14C28N knife steel
The Swedish Sandvik 14C28N steel used is specially developed for hunting, fishing, pocket and chef's knives. This steel is characterised by excellent corrosion resistance, it has an extremely good cutting performance and yet is easy to re-sharpen. With a Rockwell hardness of up to 62 HRC the Amare Pocket Peak is ready for any adventure. It is very robust against transverse loads on the cutting bevel and therefore does not tend to flip the cutting bevel.

G10 knife handle
The blue Amare Pocket Peak Folder has a handle made of blue anodised aluminium and G10, a mixture of glass fibre and epoxy resin. This mixture gives the Pocket Peak Folder the ability to withstand intense forces and generally prevent abrasion.
