The FD30 from Fenix is equipped with a new focusing system, which was specially developed by Fenix. Thanks to a dual reflector optical system and a 360° ring, the Fenix FE30 can be easily focused. By turning the ring, the head and the outer reflector moves closer or further away from the LED. The Fenix FD30 delivers an impressive 900 lumens in its brightest mode and the light reaches up to 200 meters. The FD30 is operated via a tactical limit switch for momentary and continuous light and a side switch for selecting the light mode. There are 5 brightness levels, as well as a strobe function to choose from.

The Fenix FD30 is optionally operated with a 18650 Li-Ion battery or two CR123A lithium batteries (not included).
